Applying the right methodology for your particular research need is of course vital and the methods we use range from traditional focus groups, depth interviews and telephone surveys to online research or extended creativity sessions. We are always passionate about understanding the different needs of every client so that our findings will penetrate further into the organisation and be used effectively.

Consumer Research

Our consumer research provides real customer insight—whether using traditional focus groups or survey techniques, applying digital methods or designing new approaches. Getting under the skin of a particular consumer behaviour or mindset can provide a deep understanding of consumer psychology in a way that gives our clients the ability to make effective decisions.
We are committed to helping businesses and organizations improve and move forward successfully by using research to increase take-up of their offer. Whether by testing marketing communications, examining customer satisfaction or looking at growth strategies, we have the tools to help and believe that methodologies should be tailored to every specific research question rather than applying blanket solutions.

The Research Box has conducted numerous consumer projects for clients who range from major blue-chip clients, advertising agencies and design houses to small business start-ups.

Our consumer research capabilities cover many areas, including:

  • branding

  • new product development

  • market potential

  • pricing studies

  • advertising research

  • attitudinal and usage studies

  • customer perception or satisfaction research.
